There are certain acts that break wudoo’. If a Muslim does any of these acts she/he will need to perform wudoo’ again.

In Islam, ikhlaas has to do with having a sincere intention.
Fajr is the first prayer of the day, that Muslims perform.

Dhuhr (noon) prayer is the second prayer of the day.
